Does each customer get his own personalized pattern?

ABSOLUTELY! A precise paper pattern is prepared based on your personal measurements and requirements, which is then saved with us for a couple of years. The only thing that is the same for all of our customers is our commitment to quality.

Can I schedule an on-site visit with your master tailor in my home or office?

Certainly. If you have five or more people interested in custom tailored suits, we will be happy to make the arrangements. Our tailors travel extensively throughout the World.

Do you share your customer list with other companies?

We never have, and we never will. We respect and value your privacy.

Do I have to get re-measured every time I pick something out?

Not at all. Once we have your measurements on file, re-orders are a snap. If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth and styles.

Does SAMS make to measure with my own cloth?

If you would like us to make clothing to measure with your cloth, this too is possible. You would need to ship the cloth to us along with the style details and measurements information for custom clothing in your own cloth. Please contact us for more information on

What about big and tall sizes?

The prices you see here are the prices for everyone, regardless of how big or tall he/she may be. Please email us for details!

Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt presently in my wardrobe?

Absolutely. Just send us your shirt or visit SAMS boutique with your shirt . We‘ll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, and then return the shirt you sent with your new SAMS shirts.

Will my shirt tails be long enough?

We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, and then designed to your complete satisfaction.

When I place my order, can I choose different styles? Is it possible to request different collars, cuffs, pockets or other unique features on my shirts?

Yes, with no extra charges.

Does SAMS customize to any style?

If you would like us to custom make garments to styles not displayed or available at our website, we can do this if the image file or a link to an online image is emailed to us along with the order or before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Our email address is Please contact us for more information. Should you like to send us an image file, Kindly do so using JPEG/PDF formats and please keep the file as small as possible.

Can I order white collars and/or cuffs?

Yes. At no extra charge, of course.

Do I need to worry about shrinkage?

No, generally all our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2 - 3%, we consider and allow for this shrinkage when we custom make your shirts.

Can I use different fabrics?

Of course! You may choose any fabric we offer. We stock well over 5000 shirting and suiting, all of which come with high thread count for rich texture and feel. Then, if you don‘t find the exact fabric you‘re looking for, simply send us email with the description, or send us a photograph from a catalog or magazine. We‘ll try to find the perfect match for you (and can even send you a swatch!)

What is the turnaround time at SAMS?

If you pay with any payment solutions like Post Finance , Visa , Mastercard ,American Express, Twint etc., you will receive your suit in about 4-5 weeks from the time the order has been paid. The delivery time may vary a bit due to choice of material, and whether we need more information regarding your order, as we do a sanity check for all measurements and will contact you if any measurement looks unreasonable. We also have a faster delivery options with an extra charge, more information could be provided through our sales representative.

What are the shipping and handling charges?

In general the prices vary on the weight of the parcel and the destination of the parcel, for further details ask the representative with whom you order the merchandise.

What are my payment options?

In order to assist you as much as possible in your financial dealings with SAMS, we accept payment by most modern methods. Our resellers and Franchisees have payment options customized to their individual situations on a case-by-case basis. The representative whom you are dealing with can provide further details

When will my order be sent to production?

As soon as your payment is approved, your order will be sent to production

What if the clothes I ordered do not fit properly?

Do not worry, SAMS offers all customers a perfect fit guarantee.

Can you deliver within a given deadline to my wedding/graduation/new year’s eve party?

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can. If you log into your profile at SAMs you can see the status of your order. Until it is sent the status will be “In production”. When your order is sent the status is set to “In transit” and you will see a tracking number that you can use on a related parcel website to see your order’s journey to your doorstep.

What happens if I am not at home when the product is delivered?

Generally the parcel is held by the local post office for a couple of days and you should be able to claim it with your tracking number and details. If it's not claimed within the time when the parcel is here with the post office then it will be sent back to the sender .

Are all my online transactions 100% secure?

All transactions made are through the best global online payment merchant with the highest security experts. The customer receives a prompt payment confirmation when payment details are entered and the ordering process is concluded. We never store any of your card information at all. My card is charged but my order is not confirmed?

Do not worry, just send us an email at and we will take care of it. If we have received your transfer in our account we will let you know and confirm your order at our end, or else your bank should automatically wire it back into your account in around 10 working days.

What do I do if I need some minor alterations on my SAMS garment?

We put in a lot of love and hard work in making your products. In spite of our technology and expertise in giving you a perfect fit, if something goes wrong we provide an additional alteration policy over and above our already amazing prices and offerings compared to any other custom clothier online.

Your garment is tailor made and has an ample room for alterations in Chest ,Hip, Waist, Sleeves. It is quite common in the custom clothing industry to get your garments altered locally. Achieving a 100% fit in the first go might not be possible and hence our customers see alterations more as a process and less of a hassle as it helps in achieving a right expectation for even the minutest details. We believe in building trust by doing great work repeatedly.

Is there an alteration cost?

No, we do it for free.

Can I manage multiple measurements from one account?

Yes, you can. Save as many measurements as you want in your account and also you can review and edit them later.

I want to change my garment size after placing the order, is this possible?

What if the product can't be altered?Would you remake it?
